We call it learning; the Bible calls it discipleship. No matter what we call it, the Bible is clear... it's not an option! We all are learners. But what do we allow to teach us? Some of us get an "education" from the media, television, movies, or music. Others are taught by tradition and logical thinking. You choose what you allow to teach you. Learning @ Long Hollow provides 24-hour a day educational opportunities. You can learn how to lead a small group, how to share your faith, how to ask good questions, and more. Who can use Learning @ Long Hollow? Anyone who completes the registration process. There will be some courses in which enrollment will be controlled, but for the most part, the courses are open to the public. Can my relatives in another church use Learning @ Long Hollow? Sure! Right now, the only course that is restricted is The Roundtable—our online course for high school students who have been called to ministry. We limit access to that course for the safety of the students. Will online learning replace small groups? No. Learning @ Long Hollow will be used to deliver leadership training and courses that support the small group ministry of Long Hollow. Matter of fact, the same people responsible for small groups also manage Learning @ Long Hollow.  New ONLINE Class Begins August 25 Enrollment is now open for Long Hollow's first online Bible study. In this seven-session interactive experience, you will discover how God's Word relates to our culture by seeing how Paul addressed the Christians at Thessalonica. Each week, you will enjoy a brief audio-visual presentation and then have the opportunity to discuss what you learn with others who are studying the same material each week.
